The FUTURALLIA business convention took place for the first time in 1990 on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of La Vienne (Poitiers, France), in partnership with the Regional Council of Poitou-Charentes, the General Council of La Vienne and the CCI of Limousin Poitou-Charentes.

Since then, 11 FUTURALLIA events have been organised, in France (1990, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1998, 2001, 2004),  Quebec (2000, 2003),  Belgium (2005) and  Poland (2006).

 

The FUTURALLIA Association was created in 2000. It unites its partners (economic development organisations) from various regions around the world. Futurallia aims to develop and foster exchanges between members of its SME network. This international network has been  built up over the years at various  FUTURALLIA events. To that purpose, we have developed the Internet tool FUTURALLIAOnline, a platform  which former participants can use to create  business exchanges.


Since 2003, the FUTURALLIA Association has taken over organisation of all Futurallia Forums in Poitiers.
